Tim has always been passionate about magazines. From his early teens, he was attracted to their fusion of compelling features and stylish visuals.

​

For the first 15 years of his career, he worked as a magazine and newspaper journalist.

He started as staff features writer for
pre-1997 newspaper supplement in Hong Kong; returning to London to be sub-editor for influential national magazines like Elle Decoration, Arena and The Face. This was followed by client-facing work for corporate contract magazines, working for Redwood Publishing as features editor for Skyview (Sky's entertainment listings magazine).

 

Then in 2004, Tim channelled his editorial 
experience and creativity into photography, successfully launching himself as a 
business portrait photographer. 

Today, his clients value the skilled way he translates their business objectives into dynamic business imagery.
